I am happy with how my TV production came out, as a first I was worried that it would be poor quality due to the standard of acting and the fact that I had to re-shoot half of the whole production, however I think that I managed to edit it well to create the atmosphere I was aiming for, and also I found music that fit perfectly with the mood I was aiming for. I think that the music really added to the production and improved it greatly. I was aiming for the documentary to be light-hearted and slightly funny, and before editing the footage was quite dull and humourless, but the music was perfect for the show, and managed to make it seem funny rather than awkward. In terms of the magazine, I am happy with how the magazine cover and double page spread came out, however I don't think they are perfect for what I had in mind. I think that the cover represents the basic level of what I was thinking, however I wanted it to look more sleek and stylish than it has come out, something similar to magazines such as GQ and Elle. The same goes for my double page spread. I believe that I could have improved them if I had more time, as I had no previous experience using photoshop and indesign and I was learning as I went along. I had no knowledge of any of the more detailed and specialist features of them and if I did I would have been able to make them look more professional. Also, I had very little time to do them, as I had to re-shoot half my film and this wasted a whole week that I was planning to spend doing my magazine work, so I had to rush my final products and if I had the time I wanted then I could have made them look more professional.
