Risk 2- Damaging equipment. Severity- 10, Likelihood- 3, Risk rating- 30.
Risk 3- Choking on food. Severity- 10, Likelihood- 1, Risk rating- 10.
Risk 4- Actors accidentally hurting themselves in conflict scene. Severity- 5, Likelihood-1, Risk rating- 5.
Risk 5- Tripping on tripod. Severity- 6, Likelihood- 2, Risk rating- 12.
Control measure precautions:
1. Supervise actors and make sure they hold equipment in a way where they can't cut themselves.
2. Take special care of all equipment, make sure everything is set up properly, do not use outside in rain.
3. Make sure food is prepared properly, and actors take care while eating.
4. Make sure conflict scene is controlled with no risk of real harm.
5. Don't run or walk fast near tripod, make sure everyone is aware of its position.
