Title: Millennial Monthly
Target Audience: 18-35 year millennials. They don't necessarily have a steady or high income as they may still be studying or in their first jobs. They can be from AB to C1 and C2, as it is stylish but also contains some less sophisticated articles such as about 'Crazy eating habits of the UK'. The magazine targets male and female audiences and therefore has articles that can appeal to both. It won't be very political however it will be more left wing as millennials are more left wing than other age groups, and the target reader is likely to be a labour voter.
Form and style: My magazine is influenced by other lifestyle magazines such as GQ, Elle and Cosmopolitan. It will look sleek and stylish using colours that are simple but aesthetically pleasing. However, unlike GQ or Elle it won't just focus on either male or female audiences but it will be appealing to both. It will do this by featuring stories that are typically appealing to both. It is less sophisticated and intelligent than other lifestyle magazines and this is why it can have articles on shows such as 'Crazy Eating habits of the UK' but it will still have a similar look and aesthetic while covering less sophisticated topics.
